By creating an account or using Scan Reality ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account, the accuracy of the email and phone you provide, and all activity that occurs through it.

3. Your content

• You retain ownership of images, videos, and experiences you upload.
• You grant Scan Reality a worldwide license to host, process, compile into tracking markers, and deliver your content solely to operate the Service.
• You confirm you have the rights to every image and video you upload, including likeness, music, and trademark rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, hateful, or that promotes violence or self-harm. You will not reverse-engineer the Service or use it to send spam.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on renewal with prior notice.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may affect availability.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security, legal, or reputational risk.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scan Reality is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
